We ship M-F so you can expect your orders to typically ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders for custom seat covers will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If the order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed Monday. If “Custom Patches” are ordered, please allow 2 additional manufacturing days .During busy times of the year (Holidays, Sales, Limited Editions, etc), our processing times are on the latter end of this timeframe.
Please note that if you select 'priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the processing time.

Thrill Seekers Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Thrill Seekers Collection is liable.
All of our packages are scanned throughout the shipping process. Your package is scanned in at your mailbox before it is delivered. We recommend signing up for text or email updates on the tracking page. It is possible that the postman dropped it off at a neighbors. Please be sure to check with your neighbors and local postman for miss delivered packages.
We cannot file a lost claim on your behalf. To file a claim with USPS please follow this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout so we can update it before shipping. If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for lost package or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling USPS to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.
We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. It is up to the client to give correct information. No exceptions.
All returned “Invalid Address” packages will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
Once packages have been picked up from our headquarters the postal service assumes all liability for the item. We have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally USPS gets a little nutty and sends your package on a trip of it's own. We get as frustrated by this as you do. Please know that if we could hand deliver each and every one of our orders, we would (it would be really rad because you guys live in some cool places).
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
Yes, we ship internationally, to everywhere in the world. Shipping cost, however, is for postage alone. Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Thrill Seekers has no control over this.
Each of our custom gripper seat covers are hand crafted and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns on these items. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not satisfied with the product that was sent to you, you have 7 business days to reach out to our team at email@example.com to resolve any issues.
We are always on the lookout for athletes and Thrill Seekers who are exceeding limits. Want to be sponsored? We are now accepting 'sponsor me' video submissions. Send us a clip of you doing rad sh*t and tell us why we should sponsor you. Get creative and stay true to yourself.
We choose the photos we post based on clarity of the photo, how well the Thrill Seekers item (eg patch on back of seat cover or logo on clothing) is shown, what the person is doing in the photo and finally if the photo aligns with our brand.

The Thrill Seekers seat customizer is strictly a visual representation of the seat cover you are choosing to order. It is not an exact replica of your seat or seat cover. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your creation.
Note: The “Camo”, “Hawaiian Print” and Limited Edition prints are not made with our signature “Rubberized grip material”. It is rather a durable Poly-based material.
Custom Side Patches are a BOLD Standard Font and will add 2 days to production of the seat cover.
Processing time on our HANDMADE seat covers is 3-7 business days. Custom patches add 1-2 manufacturing days.
Cleaning Your Seat: DO NOT use heavy degreasers when cleaning.
STEP 1: Remove your seat from the bike and lean against wall (This allows the seat foam to drain after getting wet, instead of absorbing moisture and getting HEAVY!)
STEP 2: Fill up a bucket with soap & water
STEP 3: Get a cleaning brush, dip it in the soapy water and SCRUB A DUB DUB.
STEP 4: Spray off the soap with a hose.
STEP 5: Let seat dry for 1-2 hours
STEP 6: Bolt your seat back on and go SHRED!
This is the best way to keep your colors true and your cover fresh!
